Instructions For Completing 2024-2025 Intent to Return Form
- You need to renew or apply for a new license and have a copy of it BEFORE filling out the Intent to Return Form and Updated ODEW License Form.
- Click here to log in to your OH|ID account and apply or renew your license from the dashboard.
